Collectively our 4 tax preparers have 90 years of tax preparation experience:
       Our Director, James W Rickard has 38 years of experience
             and his son, James M (Jim) has 19 years of experience. 
                Kathy has prepared returns for 25 years and
                 Nancy has been preparing for 12 years.

James M has a Bachelor's in Accounting from The Master's College and an MBA from California Lutheran University.  While in college he interned for Douglas Hammonds Accountancy Corporation.  Shortly after college he passed the CPA exam.  He is the Head Coach for the Men's Soccer team at The Master's College.  Jim works full-time for The Stewardship Services Foundation during tax season and the rest of the year he splits his time between the foundation and soccer.  His wife, Jolene helps out during tax season and they have 3 children.

Kathy has a Bachelor's in Accounting from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.  She worked as an accountant with Coca-cola for several years while her husband attended Northwest Baptist Seminary.  Her husband has been in the ministry for over 26 years.  Kathy works  full-time for The Stewardship Services Foundation during tax season and the rest of the year she keeps busy as a full-time pastor's wife.  She and her husband have 2 grown children.

Nancy attended Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa.  She worked for several years as an accountant at hospitals in the Chicago area.  Nancy wrote and updates the computer program we use to prepare returns.  She works for the foundation year round and if you call during the summer she will probably be the one answering your questions.  Her husband works as a Christian School Administrator and they have 7 grown children.  Nancy and Kathy are sisters.

and our Office Staff:

Joan is the wife of our Director, Jim Rickard.  She works in the office full-time during tax season.  Joan functions as Jim's personal secretary and travels with him most of the time.

Diana works full-time during tax season.  Her sweet voice is the one you are most likely to hear when you call the office.  Diana and her husband have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
